Terms & Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Please let us know if you have issues with your order. We're happy to resolve any issues. We do not accept returns. We can accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed and undamaged items for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Once your merchandise has been returned, we will issue a store credit for the total value of your exchange minus the shipping costs, via email within 24-48 hours. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns. Please note that the customer  is responsible for return postage.

Shipping

The Wild & Free Project will not be held responsible for items, lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged during transit. Our store hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm MST. Orders and emails will received over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, during a peak season, it may be longer. 

International Orders

Please be advised that if you are ordering outside of the continental United States, customs fees may be applicable per your country's regulations and may cause delays with delivery time. Any customs fees are the customer's sole responsibility.
